What Is Adaptive Skills Training?

Adaptive skills training is personalized, one-on-one support led by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help adults strengthen everyday life and independent living skills.

Services are tailored to each individual’s goals and may focus on:

  • Organization and time management
    • Planning and completing daily routines
    • Job readiness and workplace skills
    • Support with school, college, or vocational programs
    • Household management and basic housekeeping
    • Money management and budgeting basics
    • Community navigation and transportation skills
    • Self-advocacy and problem-solving
    • Health, wellness, and appointment management
